Message from 2 DOGS WOODWORKING
* Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We are super easy to get along with and want to make sure that you are happy with our service and your frame/frames!
* When your frame ships we will give you a heads up through etsy from us and we will send all UPS tracking to your receipt purchase page.
* We hand make all of our frames to order. When we say, “hand made” we really mean hand made. Our wood is delivered to us (our wood is purchased from suppliers who support environmentally sustainable forests) by the unit. The wood is unmilled in the rawest form. Our recycled wood (Select mdf) is delivered by the sheet and is mostly used for whimsical/multi opening frames) and our bass wood is delivered in different widths, thickness, lengths and most still have bark along one edge which is called a "live edge". From there we completely mill it into the beautiful sturdy unique frames you see throughout our shop.
* We are a husband and wife team and we work as diligently and as efficiently as possible. We are pleased that our frames are so well liked. We offer unique well made frames at reasonable prices. We are running "Give or Take", 5-28 “business” days from payment post. (With the majority of frame order shipping at 8-12 business days)
* Mixed orders, Whimsicals, Custom sizes, Chalkboards and Magnetic Chalkboards, Custom orders that are made according to your specifications and Multiple frames may take longer.
* We ask that you contact us right away if you need to receive them by a specific day so we can try to accommodate your needs. We can check priority shipping rates and have a rush service available. To be fair we try to take the orders in the order that they were received.
*We include our high grade Gallery Quality acrylic/plexi glass and the backing on all frames up to 11x14 and on all of the Multi opening frames for free. If your frame is larger than 11x14 Please check the listing that was purchased to determine if it was included.
* Hanging Hardware is sent free of charge and is generally installed. However, if there are multiple frames the hangers will be in a plastic baggy for you to install. Please grab this baggy out of your box before you through the box away. Sawtooth hangers are simply tapped into place with a hammer.
*If your frames/frame arrive damaged you must contact us within 48 hours so we can have UPS issue a pickup and we can file a claim. Please keep the box and send us a image via Etsy. It is super important that you contact us within 48 hours, keep the box and all of the wrapping and don't use or alter the frame in anyway. Once this is done we will start on a new frame for you right away and handle all of the claim issues
